Customer Satisfaction
We are committed to total customer satisfaction. We have achieved success through forging long-term relationships with our clients. Customer referrals and repeat business combined represent approximately 80% of our total business. Upon each job's completion, we request that customers complete a survey to rate our performance on several levels (from timeliness and budget to value and courteousness). This feedback is critical to our business and carefully reviewed for overall job improvement. Our ratings continue to be 2/"Great" or higher (rating scale of 1/"Excellent" to 5/"Poor") in all categories. Customer satisfaction starts at the beginning of every project with helpful customer service, and clear, easy to understand estimates. You can always reach us by phone or e-mail, and we respond to requests as quickly as possible.

In Residential construction, we excel in custom kitchens, spa-like master baths, finished basements, whole house renovations, decks, as well as new construction (condos, town homes, custom homes). Specializing in all construction trades, our Commercial projects include government structures, framing, build-out components, interior finish, etc., all crafted with premium-grade materials by highly-skilled tradesmen. We offer design/build capability and personalized service. Don Hagemeister
President, CEO
Don's experience in the construction industry includes more than 30 years as an industry professional. Don has owned two construction companies, in addition to Totally Dependable, and specializes in custom-designs and finish work. Don has won multiple awards, including a Professionalism Award with Greater Atlanta Home Builders and is listed in the National "Who's Who" registry. Don resides in Marietta, GA, with his wife Theresa, and enjoys spending time with his family (including his daughter and Accounting Director, Crystal). Don's hobbies include traveling, golfing with his wife or son-in-law, Michael Hyatt, and competitive bowling (current champion in the Totally Dependable league!). |

Michael Hyatt
Sr. Project Mgr
Michael has worked in construction more than 10 years and excels in ensuring that each project achieves the Totally Dependable standard: customer satisfaction. Michael leads our Insurance Restoration Division, as well as managing the construction staff and remodeling projects. With a full plate, Michael still provides a personal approach to remodeling customers working directly with each client to yield project timeliness and budget. Many of our clients have noted appreciation for his professional, helpful attitude. Michael is currently working toward his Certified Remodeler credential. To relax, Michael enjoys golfing, competitive bowling, watching local-Atlanta sports, and resides in Canton, GA, with his wife Crystal (Accounting Director/Controller), and young children, Brianna and Aiden. |

Crystal Hyatt
Accounting Director / Controller
With nearly 10 years of experience in Accounts Payable/Receivable, Crystal ensures our preferred status with all of our vendors and suppliers. Crystal can address any question related to payment terms and conditions, and actively looks at ways to grow our business. Daughter to Don Hagemeister and wife of Mike, Crystal enjoys spending time with family, including her young daughter Brianna and son Aiden, and practicing yoga. Crystal also holds one of the highest company bowling averages to date! |

Marketing Director, Customer Relations
Stacey comes from a background in quality management with over a decade of experience in Marketing and Customer Service. Since joining our team in 2005, she enjoys finding new ways to help our business succeed. Stacey enjoys working directly with clients, answering questions, and helping them to achieve their dream project. Sister-in-law to Michael, Sr. Project Manager, Stacey lives in Woodstock with her husband, Jeff, and their young children, Jaden and Jaxon, and enjoys reading, healthy cooking, and tries to find more time to practice yoga! |

Office Assistant
When you call our Office, you will be cheerfully greeted by Natalie. Since joining our team in 2007, Natalie assists our company in many different areas, including qualifying new subcontractors and maintaining accurate insurance documentation. The daughter of Stretch Nellenbach, Natalie lives in Marietta with her two young children, Cenzee and Jeremiah. |

Dave "Stretch" Nellenbach
Project Superintendent
At nearly 7' tall, Stretch comes by his nickname honestly. Stretch has been a member of the Totally Dependable family from the very beginning and possesses more than 30 yrs of construction experience. He began running projects several years ago and keeps homeowners happy throughout the process. In fact, many of our repeat customers request Stretch specifically as their project's supervisor. In addition to happy customers, Stretch's projects boast award-winning renovations. Currently, Stretch is working toward his Certified Remodeler credential. In his spare time, Stretch is a competive bowler in a local traveling league. As Don's brother-in-law, Stretch is also a member of the extended family. |

Tracy Brooks
Project Superintendent
Employed with us since the early 90s, Tracy has grown in the ranks and began supervising projects in 2007. Always the jokester on our team, successful renovations are no laughing matter to Tracy. WIth more than 20 yrs in the construction field, his capabilities include effectively leading large renovations while ensuring that the process runs smoothly from beginning to end. Tracy's personal interests include church functions, snowboarding and bowhunting, and family time with his wife and young children (the newest on the way this Spring). |

Chris Bruner
Sr. Remodeler, Handy Man Serviceman
With 15 yrs in the construction industry and a pleasant demeanor, Chris enjoys constructing larger renovations, as well as minor Handy Man Service repairs. Originally from upstate New York, Chris began working with us in 2006 and is a great addition to our team. Interestly, Chris is a tattoo artist, and also enjoys woodworking/specialty carpentry. An avid outdoorsman, he enjoys camping and spending time with his young family. |

Phil Hembree
Sr. Remodeler, Handy Man Serviceman
Phil comes from a construction family, as well, and holds more than a decade of industry experience. Prior to joining our team in 2007, Phil worked in low-voltage/data wiring. Both our remodeling and Handy Man clients benefit from Phil's keen attention for detail and great work ethic. Phil enjoys artistic expressions in woodworking and sketching, as well as spending time with his wife and two young children in Marietta. |
