Project Description:  The homeowner's previously outdated Master Bedroom and Bathroom (featuring avocado green tiles and large floral prints) was too small, offered little storage, and was in great need of modern finishes.  To create a new Master Suite retreat, we constructed an addition off of the existing Bedroom to enlarge the space and transformed much of the original Bedroom into a spacious, spa-themed Master Bathroom.  The new luxurious space would not have been complete without a new Master Closet; therefore, a new closet was added in the newly constructed Master Suite foyer. 

New finishes include travertine tiles for the Master Bath floor and shower, Proclosets® organizing systems in the Bedroom and Bathroom closets, a large trey ceiling, hardwood flooring, and Low-E windows in the Bedroom.

The size and features in the Bathroom were selected with the homeowner's needs in mind - her tall height is accomodated in the height and space in the shower; and, looking ahead to the future, the additional shower head and large shower bench will promote safety to anyone with limited flexibility.

The homeowner's selection of cool blues and greens mixed with warm neutrals used throughout the Master Suite resonates a luxe serenity in this beautiful new space.
