Project Description: The homeowner wanted an area to be able to enjoy the outdoors in a more conditioned environment, and a Screened Porch (to replace the open deck) constructed with pressure-treated wood, custom, job-built columns, and Hardi PlankŪ (used for the siding and trim) fit the requirements. Interior features include a paneled ceiling with two ceiling fans and an aluminum roof. A new deck, used for grilling, was constructed adjacent to the new Screened Porch. The new porch comfortably nestles between two bay windows on either side and offers a semi-finished space to enjoy in both warm and cooler seasons. |
